My poor little baby was sick on his birthday so we had to postpone his party. Adilyn was so cute when Landon was sick. He was up all night for three days in a row. I couldn't help but yawn constantly. One of the mornings I made an off hand comment about it being Landon's fault I was so tired. Adilyn responded by saying, "You go to bed mom, I will take care of him." It was so cute and heartfelt. She is such a sweet sister and daughter.
Even though we didn't have Landon's party on the day we planned we still sang to him on his birthday and gave him his gift from us. He was so excited and happy (Well as much as he could muster while being sick). Below is him playing with his gift.
This is the cake I made for his party! Can I say I loved how it turned out! I love decorating cakes but hate baking the cake! No I really HATE baking the cake. Something always goes wrong and it takes FOREVER! If I could skip the cake underneath I soo would. This cake I had to make twice because the first crumbled to pieces. Ugh. But it was worth it once I decorated it. And Landon LOVED it!
I think He thought it was a toy not cake.
It was so sad. He loved his cake so much that he cried when I took it away to cut it.

I really wish I had a fridge minion! Do they eat all the left over stuff that you don't want to touch?
Looks like he had a great Birthday party! It's sad he was sick on his birthday! He is a little trooper!
